• This is a non-exclusive license. Producer may sell licenses to the same beat to other artists.

• Producer retains full ownership of the instrumental, composition, and all copyrights.

• Buyer owns their lyrics, vocal recordings, and master recording created using the beat.

• Producer retains all writer's share and publishing rights related to the instrumental.

• Buyer may release music on streaming platforms, social media, and music videos using the licensed beat.

• Credit must be given as:"Produced by Cadet Mars / Madison The Artist"

• Buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of the beat.

• Buyer may not register the beat by itself with YouTube Content ID or any copyright enforcement system.

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
