LOOP KIT LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, purchasing, or using this Loop Kit, you agree to the following terms:

1. LICENSE GRANT

The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive license to use, modify, chop, pitch, reverse, and incorporate any of the loops into original musical compositions and productions.

The loops may be used in commercial and non-commercial music, including singles, albums, EPs, beats, productions for artists or clients, streaming releases, social media content, video content, and live performances.

2. REQUIRED CREDIT

If any loop from this kit is used in a commercially released song, beat, or production, Cadet Mars must receive appropriate producer and/or songwriter credit, where applicable.

Credit should appear as:

Produced by Cadet Mars

or

Loop by Cadet Mars

The exact credit may vary depending on Cadet Mars' contribution to the final production.

3. MAJOR PLACEMENTS & PUBLISHING

If a loop from this kit is used in a major-label release, major artist release, television, film, commercial, sync placement, or other significant commercial placement, the purchaser or producer agrees to contact Cadet Mars to discuss and finalize appropriate:

• Producer credit

• Songwriter/composer credit

• Publishing splits

• Royalty participation

• Any additional agreements required for the placement

No party may represent that they have the authority to waive Cadet Mars' applicable rights in connection with such a placement.

4. OWNERSHIP

Purchasing this Loop Kit does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original loops to the purchaser.

Cadet Mars retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the original loops.

The purchaser owns only their original contributions to any new composition or production created using the loops, subject to Cadet Mars' rights in the underlying loop.

5. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the loops individually or as part of another loop kit, sample pack, drum kit, or sound library.

• Claim ownership or copyright of the original loops.

• Upload the loops to sample libraries or royalty-free sound platforms.

• Register the original, unmodified loops with Content ID or any automated copyright system.

• Use the loops to create or distribute competing sample packs or loop kits.

6. FINAL SALE

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, purchasing, or using this Loop Kit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
