I made this one last October. It's one of my favorites and it gives off a pop dance vibe. This is a non exclusive beat license. Read the following for the license terms.
NON-EXCLUSIVE BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT
By purchasing, downloading, or using any instrumental from Cadet Mars / Madison The Artist ("Producer"), the buyer agrees to the following terms:
GRANT OF LICENSE
Producer grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record vocals over, reproduce, distribute, perform, and monetize one (1) original sound recording using the purchased instrumental.
This license is non-exclusive, meaning the Producer may license the same instrumental to other artists.
OWNERSHIP
Producer retains full ownership of the instrumental, underlying musical composition, and all associated copyrights.
Buyer does not acquire ownership of the instrumental and may not claim ownership of any portion of the beat.
Buyer retains ownership of their original lyrics, vocal performances, and master recording created using the instrumental.
WRITER'S SHARE & PUBLISHING
Producer retains all writer's share rights associated with the instrumental composition.
Buyer retains writer's share rights for any original lyrics and vocal melodies they create.
Nothing in this agreement transfers the Producer's publishing or writer's share ownership to the Buyer.
CREDIT
Buyer agrees to credit the Producer as:
"Produced by Cadet Mars (Madison the Artist/MTA)"
or
"Prod. Cadet Mars (Madison the Artist/MTA)"
wherever production credits are displayed, including streaming platforms, social media posts, video descriptions, and promotional materials when applicable.
PERMITTED USES
Buyer may:
Release music on streaming platforms.
Upload music to social media platforms.
Perform the song live.
Create and publish music videos.
Monetize recordings created using the licensed instrumental.
PROHIBITED USES
Buyer may not:
Resell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the instrumental by itself.
Claim ownership of the instrumental.
Upload the instrumental to beat marketplaces or sample libraries.
Register the instrumental alone for copyright ownership.
Transfer this license to another person or entity.
CONTENT ID & COPYRIGHT CLAIMS
Buyer may not register the instrumental by itself with YouTube Content ID or any similar copyright enforcement system.
Buyer may not file copyright claims, takedowns, or ownership disputes against the Producer or other licensed users of the instrumental.
TERMINATION
Failure to comply with any terms of this agreement automatically terminates the license.
Upon termination, Buyer must cease all future use of the instrumental.
REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of beat purchases, all sales are final and non-refundable.
ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing, downloading, or using any instrumental from Cadet Mars / Madison The Artist, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
